RESPONSIBILITIES

Writing proposals in conjunction with the development team
Selling new services to the large, existing client base
Maintaining great relationships with key customers
Managing and/or overseeing project delivery
Assessing customers' needs, devising and delivering successful digital projects and campaigns

Their client base spans many business sectors with projects ranging from simple brochure sites through to large CMS and eCommerce projects. They are expanding and opportunities have now arisen for Digital Account Managers and executives to join their team.

As a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for responding to inbound enquiries, generating business from an existing client base and managing key accounts.

Working with a team of account handlers, designers, developers and inbound marketers you will meet with prospective new clients, write proposals and reports, and offer consultancy and advice whilst enjoying a great team environment.

YOUR PROFILE

Proven experience in the digital industry, ideally in an account management or new business role
An excellent understanding of web and digital marketing, including exposure to eCommerce, websites, SEO, email marketing and social media
A full, clean driving license
